“It’s kind of a cute story” how this podcast episode came together. What started as a #DisTwitter tweet from @SuperWeenieHtJr turned into a Twitter discussion with @WEDReads then a podcast and author interview. Hosts Courtney and Emily are joined by not one, not two, but five guests throughout the episode to talk about author Jeff Heimbuch and Imagineer Roll Crump’s book, “It’s Kind of a Cute Story.” This book is a unique telling of Rolly’s career in his own words building theme park attractions and working with Walt Disney. From Adventureland bazaars and tiki gods, to It’s a Small World, and the Museum of the Weird, many cute stories fill the colorful pages of this book and spark the imagination with attractions that are, were, and never will be.
